Had a fairly nice stay for 2 nights. Fairly friendly and very pleasant staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The location of the hotel was marvellous and decent - not too far away from Royal William Yard. We enjoyed this staying...

Delightful Dining Experience: The impressive bar separates the dining area from the brasserie, creating a unique atmosphere resembling a beautiful artwork come to life. A drink, a cup of tea, or a meal can be enjoyed in this cosy and elegant setting, making every moment spent there truly special.
Unsteady WIFI Connection.

It was close to the RER line. Underground parking.
This hotel is pretty run down. My room had an odor that I couldn't place and it definitely wasn't super clean. Moreover, the neighborhood was downright scary. The police stopped me and cautioned me about pick pockets.

The food was nice, although the cost of €16 per day for breakfast was an exceptional amount to pay for breakfast
There were a number of things me and my friends did not like. Firstly, we asked everyday day for extra pillows, as one of our party was pregnant. We recieved no pillow from them at any point, uintil one of our party met a cleaning lady who gave her 1 pillow on the third day. This was no way to be treated. On the night of May 29th we went to St Michelle for a meal. When we tried to get home and could not get a taxi to stop. we called the hotel and the receptionist was rude, and would not provide the number of a taxi to us. he pretended he did not understand english, yet when we returned to the hotel he refused to give his name, and clearly spoke, "if you come to my country, you learn my language". Staff were unhelpful.
